Is HR Press Lite really free?

Yes. 100% free, no hidden charges, no per-employee fees, no trial period. You can optionally upgrade to HR Press PRO for leave management, payroll, and IP-based check-in restrictions.

How many employees can I add?

Unlimited. There are no caps on employees, departments, or attendance records. Your only limit is your hosting server.

Can employees check in from their phone?

Yes. The check-in and check-out interface works in any browser, including mobile. Employees log in to your WordPress site and clock in from there.

Can I export attendance records to Excel or CSV?

Attendance records are stored in your WordPress database and can be viewed and filtered from the admin dashboard. CSV export is available in HR Press PRO.

Will employees see each other’s data?

No. Each employee only sees their own attendance, breaks, and announcements. Only administrators have access to the full employee directory and attendance reports.

How do employees check in and check out?

Each employee gets a dedicated interface to log their check-in, check-out, and break times. Records are stored automatically in your WordPress database with timestamps.
